Can I send an old photograph to be painted? TOP
Yes you can, or scan the image and email it to me. I can not return photographs, so it is best to send a copy. The resulting painting will of course be affected by the quality of the photograph, I can only do my best. Therefore a high quality photo is preferred. How long will it take to receive the portrait? TOP
Your portrait will be completed within one month. I will communicate with you several times during this course to show progress and I welcome feedback. I want you to be 100% happy with your portrait. Is any technology used to complete the portrait? TOP
I do use photoshop on any digital images to clear up areas and arrange a pleasing composition. Other than that it is just me, no projectors etc. How many portraits have you completed for commissions? TOP
At the present moment, about a dozen, and have had 100% happy customers. I started doing commissions only at the end of 2008 and am very proud of what I have been able to accomplish. I have created too many paintings to count and do more and more each week. I also work towards exhibitions. |
